Terms of Service

1. About FieldsLink

FieldsLink is a field service management software operated by VGCG Group, L.L.C., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA, with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using FieldsLink at fieldslink.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use FieldsLink. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for businesses — by signing up, you confirm you are acting in a business capacity.

3. Subscription & Payment

FieldsLink offers subscription plans billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email.
  • A free trial may be offered at our discretion — no credit card required during the trial.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FieldsLink for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, extract or abuse the Service.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate another person or business.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into FieldsLink (clients, jobs, invoices, etc.). We do not sell your data. We process your data only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input, including client information and financial records.

6. Integrations & Third Parties

FieldsLink integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), ClickSend (SMS), Anthropic (AI), Supabase (database), and Cloudflare (hosting). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

7. FieldAI (Artificial Intelligence)

FieldAI is powered by Anthropic's Claude model. FieldAI responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and acting on any content generated by FieldAI — including quotes, invoices, emails and other business documents. FieldAI does not constitute professional legal, financial or tax advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGCG Group, L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

9. Australian Consumer Law

If you are a consumer in Australia, you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under the ACL.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
